Our promise
A small Dearborn store built on one idea: you should be able to trust what you buy online.
Our story
Why we started Trust Purchase Shop
Too many online stores look polished and then send something cheaper than the photo, hide fees at checkout or never answer the phone. We started Trust Purchase Shop in Dearborn, Michigan to do the opposite.
We keep the catalog small on purpose. Every one of our 48 products has been checked by a person on our team: we compare the listing to the real item, write the description ourselves and set a price we're comfortable defending. If a product disappoints our customers, it leaves the shop.
Our desk is at 3005 Roosevelt St in Dearborn. When you call +1 313-565-0220, you talk to someone who knows the products and can see your order.
